Terms of Service — amethysts.us

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the amethysts.us platform ("Platform"), whether as a partner, customer, or visitor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

amethysts.us operates a B2B dropshipping platform connecting approved partners with authentic Uruguayan gemstone inventory. Partners reserve inventory, set retail prices, and share payment links with their customers. amethysts.us handles sourcing, storage, and shipping.

3. Partner Obligations

Partners must provide accurate business and contact information during the application process.
Partners must complete Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payouts. Incomplete onboarding prevents sales.
Reservations expire after 48 hours if unpaid. Partners may hold a maximum of 10 active reservations simultaneously.
Partners may not misrepresent the origin, quality, or characteristics of the gemstones.
Partners selling custom products are solely responsible for fulfillment, shipping, and customer service on those items.
Partners may be suspended for violations of these Terms, at the sole discretion of amethysts.us.

4. Pricing and Fees

amethysts.us charges a platform fee on each sale, as disclosed in the partner margin calculator. Stripe processing fees are additional. Partners set their own retail prices above the wholesale cost and retain the difference after fees.

5. Customer Purchases

Each gemstone is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece. All sales are final. Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of amethysts.us for damaged, defective, or significantly misrepresented items. Customers should contact the partner they purchased from, who will coordinate with amethysts.us.

6. Shipping and Delivery

For amethysts.us inventory, shipments originate from Miami, FL. Delivery times vary by destination. amethysts.us is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content — including product photos, descriptions, branding, and software — is the property of amethysts.us or its licensors. Partners are granted a limited license to use product photos and descriptions for resale purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, amethysts.us is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disputes and Chargebacks

Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled in accordance with Stripe's dispute resolution process. Partners acknowledge that disputed transactions may result in fund holds or reversals. amethysts.us reserves the right to suspend partners with excessive dispute rates.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the partner relationship at any time. amethysts.us may suspend or terminate partner accounts for violation of these Terms, excessive chargebacks, or inactivity. Pending payouts will be processed according to Stripe's standard schedule upon termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Partners will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
